**Midwest Bath warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, Midwest Bath will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. Midwest Bath's warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. The foregoing warranty is contingent upon the Customer having paid all amounts due and owing to Midwest Bath pursuant to this Agreement. The warranty is not transferrable. Merchandise and materials are covered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s warranty, if any. The only warranty provided by Midwest Bath is the express warranty set forth herein. Midwest Bath disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
